Looking for 4 star or more, preferably boutique, in manhattan for my parents (early 70's), as they attend US Open tennis.  they are active and can handle the city/walk/transport.  like to keep it around $150/night, but definitely under $180.

 

this looks good:

-4 star (I think it's boutique?)

-9/4 to 9/6
