I wanted something near the water and not too far from downtown and the port so I'm happy with the win.  Total cost:  $343.70 for two nights plus valet and resort fee. Looking at policies and reviews:  Resort Fee: $18 per day.  Valet: $37.38 per day plus tax.  $100 credit card deposit required.  Booked direct through hotel site:  $178.60+ a night.  Booked through Priceline:  $169+ a night.  

 

Any of my rebid zones would have bee acceptable to me:

Starting bid zone 5 Downtown Port  4*:  $100 

added zone 6 Downtown Brickell: $105 

added zone 19 SoBe Central: $110

added zone 18 SoBe Art District: $115

added zone 20 SoBe Collins:  $120
