mkike
Would like 4* dec 8 to 11, 2016, $200/night king bed or two singles Link to comment
AaronJB
Welcome to Betterbidding. There's no way to guarantee bed type when bidding, but this is particularly true in NYC where rooms are often small or very small and two beds are often a paid upgrade. King may not be possible, either, as many hotels have full size/queen size, given the small nature of many rooms. If you look on PRICELINE EXPRESS, you can look for listings with bed choice. HOTWIRE also offers bed choice at times, although less frequently. Is UWS the only acceptable zone? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. mkike
Thanks for the response. We usually stay mid town west, but thought we would try something different this time. Any zone would be ok. Link to comment

To avoid any confusion, please list the zones (by PRICELINE name) that would be acceptable. (ie- Long Island City is part of the New York NY region, but is outside of Manhattan... is this acceptable? If you eventually need to lower to 3.5* are Washington Heights and/or Morningside Heights acceptable?) Downtown is usually one of the least expensive zones, but is not the most convenient for the average tourist (although it's certainly do-able for the right price)... is this acceptable? What about the bedding situation... is the King Bed/2 Singles a need or a want? Are you willing to pay more (or increase your budget) in order to assure this type of room configuration? Let us know the information above and we'll take it from there. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
