I see the one for $96/nite but it has different amenities than what you have posted above, as the one you listed has an Indoor Pool, whereas the one i'm seeing has:

Pool, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry, Free Parking

If you're seeing the amenity set above my guess would be the Hilton Garden Inn Albany/SUNY Area.
