Hello, just need a little help identifying this unreported listing in Miami.

 

Zone:  Brickell - Financial District

Admittedly this is not a lot to go on. I'm leaning towards one of the new retail listings: East, Atton or Nuovo.  Nuovo seems least likely as I believe that it would be listing as a condo or all-suites type property.

 

Any ideas?

With so little information i don't have much insight into this one... i would favor the Churchill Suites Miami Brickell and the East as being the most likely; less so the Nuovo or the Atton.

 

Not sure where you need to be for this stay but i'm also seeing this 3* Downtown hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) for $192/nite with:

Pets Allowed

Business Center

Free Internet

Indoor or Outdoor Pool

Fitness Center

No Smoking Rooms/Facilities

==> my guess here would be the Aloft Miami Brickell should this work for your needs

Update: "Last person got the Atton." message is showing up today.

The "last person got..." is the last hotel that someone got at that star rating in that zone, which is not necessarily the underlying hotel for that listing.

So this is the Atton.  Price is now $175.   The Atton has been getting solid reviews since opening, so I'm glad to be getting a good deal here.  Prices are through the roof at the moment, as this is the height of high season.  Practically nothing below $250, and most 4*s are $300+.
