lucid
The "4-star Express Deal Hotel" at Galleria I just landed turned out to be Atlanta Marriott NW at Galleria. It isn't listed on Priceline as a 4-star hotel, and I was a bit disappointed to get it. It's rated as a 3-star hotel on some travel/review websites. Link to comment
lucid
I was able to get the transaction cancelled by calling Priceline customer service. The Atl. Mariott NW at Galleria is listed as a 3-star hotel on Trip Advisor, Booking.com, expedia.com, and others, and evidently after researching this, the customer service agent at Priceline agreed to refund my money. Until recently this property was 3.5* rated by PRICELINE so it must have been upgraded not too long ago, we have updated the Priceline Hotel List accordingly, we will see if it eventually reverts back to 3.5 stars.
