Priceline Hotel: 4* Miami (Beach) Casa Claridge

I am looking 2 Priceline secret hotels. Any idea which they might be? here are the deets:

 

Both are 4*, for travel 6/8/16 to 6/11/16

 

hotel 1 ( Hotel Croydon)
- Miami Beach Area
- $121

- Pets, Restaurant, Free Wifi, Non Smoking

 

hotel 2 (The National?)
- South Beach. Collins ave Oceanfront

- $138
- Pets, Restaurant, Pool, Non Smoking

 

Am I on the right track here?

Oops! I thought I had totally replied to the old thread. Just did. Sorry about that.

 

ETA: I am ready to pick either of those if I am relatively sure of which is which. Also, could you suggest which you think would be a better value.

Best guess for the Miami Beach property would be the Casa Claridge... for the South Beach property my guess would be The National Hotel.

 

As far as which is a better value they are both similar in terms of dollars offer per nite, so i think it more so comes down to what you are looking for in a hotel for this stay... South Beach has the wild parties, clubs, and nightlife whereas Miami Beach is a bit more subdued.
