Rates vary significantly from day-to-day - do not look at what other people are getting for different dates as an indicator of what is a good deal for your dates. I'd be willing to go around 175 per night.Given the hotel you are hoping for was identified/guessed above at $236/nite how is it that you would like to proceed?
