If you are okay with the potential Allerton or Whitehall (which are the lesser 4*'s in this zone, although both superbly located)  or any of the other 4*'s in this zone,  you could try to see if you could win a 4* in the Mag Mile-River North zone on Price.line for $85-95

Due to a sick relative I ended up booking a regular rate that was refundable. Fortunately, I took the trip with no interruption. Sometimes refundable is important. Thanks for the help.
