Using the Better Bidding Helper, I have a 3* in Old Montreal for Oct 8-11 for $95 with the following amenities: 

FULL AMENITIES: Indoor pool(s), Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Self-service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for visually impaired, Accessible for hearing impaired, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Accessible parking, Roll-in shower.

 

There is only one 3-star hotel on your list and the amenities do not seem to match. The amenities do seem to match the 3.5* Holiday Inn Select Centre-ville on the Hotwire Hotel List. Any ideas what this might be?

My guess would be that the Holiday Inn Montréal Centre-Ville Downtown has been downgraded to the 3* leve since last reported to the board.

Switched my dates to Oct. 29-Nov.1 and used PRICELINE through Better bidding. Got the Holiday Inn Montreal Centre-Ville for $68/night. So, I cannot confirm if the 3* on HOTWIRE is Holiday Inn or not.
