Hotwire Hotel: Hotel ID: 2.5* in Henderson

I shall state up front that I am not ready to purcahse yet. I haven't requested the days off from work yet, although I am planning to, and I am just doing research for a planned trip.

 

Dates: Wednesday, November 25 to Monday, November 30.

 

Found in today's search: 2.5* in Henderson for $42/night--and no ripoff fees indicated in the listing (my #1 criterion for selection)

 

Listed as "Henderson - Southeast area all-suites hotel"

The only 2.5* currently listed in the hotel lists in the zone is Aston Montelago, which has a 63% rating on TripAdvisor with 252 reviews and does not, as far as I can tell, have a casino, so it doesn't seem like it's the property in the listing. I know Sunset Station is considered a 3* (and has a ripoff fee). Not sure what Fiesta Henderson is considered, but it also has a ripoff fee, and I know Green Valley Ranch is considered 4* (and also with a ripoff fee). So I'm wondering if anyone has any educated guesses for what this might be. (And if it's likely to be a decent place, I might just put in that time off request quickly and grab it, going through the link of course.)

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

 

If you repeat your search using our Bidding.Helper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?

Interestingly, the Bidding.Helper.com site shows 2 other 2.5* listings for Henderson. I click though one ($38/night) and see the annotation "last person got Fiesta Henderson," which means the added $10 ripoff fee, and a $58/night non-casino hotel. And then there's the $42/night that I originally saw.

 

In doing some more research, I'm thinking this might be the Hawthorne.

I would agree that the best guess for this 2.5* would be the Hawthorn Inn & Suites - Henderson.
