I'm seeing a 4.5* in the same zone for a few bucks less w/Boutique, Restaurant, Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Tennis, Spa, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Travel Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower.

-- This would be a possible match for the Swissotel, which has been seen with this amenity set previously. Would this be of interest?

I went with the hotel AaronJB suggested and it was the Swissotel

I think you made an excellent choice - this is a very nice property (literally a couple of doors down from the Hyatt, so location is essentially the same) and there's a stairway down pretty much across the street. Take that staircase down to Fairbanks and then walk North across the river rather than walking to Michigan Ave. A lot of rooms at this property have views, as well.
