I have stayed at many of the hotels in the northern suburbs using Hotwire and Priceline, Many of the hotels in the Northern suburbs (in the $60 Hotwire or $52 Priceline price-point)  will not include a free breakfast, but this one does. From my experience, the Trip Advisor ratings are usually a far better guide to finding a good hotel than the star rating system. 

 

This will be our first stay at this property. It looks good for families since the reviews say the pool is good, and the breakfast looks good and the rooms are large..

 

I was able to be fairly certain that my hotel would end up being this property because of Betterbidding. Thanks!.

This property isn't visible off the main street (Half Day Road) and unless there's something I'm not seeing, there's really no signage if you're going on Half Day Road. Head South on Lakeside Drive off Half Day and the hotel is towards the back of the University area.
