Priceline Hotel: Help Identifying? Strip North Hotel

So my wife and I are planning a last minute 4 year anniversary trip, and I found this hotel on PRICELINE EXPRESS deals for $76/night for the dates of July 24 - July 27. It is rated as 4 stars, and it also has a $32.48 resort fee. The guest rating is 7/10. The amenities the hotel is guaranteed to have are free parking, indoor or outdoor pool, restaurant, casino, free internet, and fitness center. The only 2 resorts I believe are possible are SLS and Treasure Island due to the 4 star and strip north criteria. I am thinking that this is Treasure Island because of the $32.48 resort fee. SLS Casino only has a $25 or $29 resort fee.  However, I really would not like to stay as far north on the strip as SLS is located, and this will be my first time using Priceline not knowing my hotel before paying. I guess I am just looking for a more seasoned user's opinion as to what hotel this is. Thanks a lot!

Edit:

I was looking and I think SLS is now charging a $32.48 resort fee as well, which means that this is probably the SLS casino. The regular rate I could book SLS through PRICELINE for on these dates is $88 per night, so this isnt much of a savings. Do you think it would be worth while to do a "name your own price" for 4star north strip and put in a $55 -$60 bid? Thanks again!

Welcome to BetterBidding... an Happy Anniversary

I would agree that the best guess for this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer would be the SLS.

If you you're not willing to accept this property then i would not suggest bidding the Strip North zone at all as you could very easily win this one when bidding (unless you bid low enough that receiving the SLS would be worth the price paid)

Is the Strip South zone acceptable? What is your maximum budget (per nite before fees/taxes) for this trip?

So confirm... a 4* hotel in either the Strip North or Strip South zone with a maximum budget of $60/nite?

If this is correct you can bid as follows:

I read that post in the link you gave me. I'm still not sure about what you mean by add rebid zone and how there are 4 rebid zones for 4star hotels on strip north. What I got from that link you gave me was adding star levels to rebid. Sorry for the confusion.

Edit:

Do you mean to find the zones that contain hotels only lower than 4 stars and add those? That way it changes the search up, but I'm not eligible to get a hotel from that added area. And there are only 4 of those type zones around las vegas if im reading this right?

Yes, your understanding is correct about the rebid zones, and there are 4 at the 4* level.

If you are still uncomfortable with the idea, you could post the 4 you believe are the right ones and somebody here will double check for you.

One caution - always check the rebid zones JUST before a bidding session.  They do change from time to time.

To break it down further, try the following:

1) Use the PRICELINE search box on the upper right of this page, enter your city and dates, and click "GO".

2) List each zone that is offered in this region.

3) Next to each zone list the highest star rating offered in the zone. The way to determine the highest star rating offered in the zone is by selecting the first zone i the list, then scrolling down to see the highest star rating selectable (ie- not greyed out). NEXT UNcheck the selected zone, place a checkmark in the next zone, and repeat the process for each zone in the region. Each time you take note of the highest star rating in the zone, make sure that only ONE zone is selected above.

4) post your findings and we'll take it from there
