Even if another user had success upgrading at this property, there are too many variables involved to make that information meaningful, as there are a LOT of factors that could come into play that would effect the ability to upgrade: occupancy levels for your dates, hotel policy, mood of front desk clerk, what rooms are available (ie- cleaned by housekeeping) at the time of check-in, etc. If you'd like help with your upcoming stay please start a NEW TOPIC.
