Priceline has it listed at $299 a night if booked directly. I wanted a 3 1/2 or higher in zones 12 (Downtown), 23 (Market Center) or 28(SMU). I only used re-bid zones that did not currently show a 3 1/2* property. I started bidding at $60 and upped $1 with each added zone until I hit $72, then I started upping my bid $2. 17 bids later I landed the deal. Link to comment
