Priceline Hotel: 5* Sydney (Downtown - Sydney Opera House) Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney

I am seeing a 5* Sydney Opera House Area Priceline Express Deal which I am having trouble identifying. My Travel dates are 02/19 - 02/25/16 and the price is $199.00 per night. On the first page of the offer, it looks to me more like the Renaissance Blu (says 36% savings) but when I click to purchase, it looks more like the Marriott (says 24% savings). Please let me know if you have any guesses on this one.
