Hotwire Hotel: Playa Mujeres 5* Hotel Identification - Feb 4-7 $426

Hi there,

I need assistance identifying a 5 star hotel in Cancun - Playa Mujeres for February 4-7, 2016. The price they give is $426.

FULL AMENITIES: Free parking, Free Internet, Airport shuttle, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Tennis nearby, Spa services, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower

 

I am trying to get the Excellence Playa Mujeres, not Beloved or Finest by Excellence as we're going to a wedding there.

The Excellence has not yet been reported to the board, but it is an all-inclusive property and the offer above gives no indication of this one being all-inclusive... i would guess this is likely some other hotel.

Sorry- I should have mentioned the hotel in the title says all inclusive!

I see the 'all-inclusive' in the offer now but a property with this amenity set, nor the Excellent Playa Mujeres, has yet been reported to the board. With most all-inclusive offering very similar amenities, i have no insight as to whether this is likely the Excellence or some other property.

Since the Excellence is an adult-only property i did repeat this search for 1adult/1child (since if the same property was offered it would negate this being the Excellence), but this same offer does not show, so it does have that aspect going for it, although it could just as easily be some other 5* hotel in the zone.

Hello!

Now on the full site it says trip advisor 4.5 rating. With those two hints I'm inclined to believe it is excellence. Do you agree? Because the only other all inclusive adults only is secrets, and it has a trip advisor rating of 4, not 4.5.

I don't see anything wrong with your logic, but still can't confirm that this would be the Excellence (i don't know enough about this area to confirm as you stated that it is the only Adults Only property in the area)

You could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
