We need 3 rooms (2 rooms have 2 adults; 1 room has 2 adults + 1 child). Can you help narrow this down and give your opinion if these are good prices for these dates? PRICELINE Express has the same area listed at $96/night with amenities listed at Indoor/Outdoor pool(s), Fitness, Business Ctr, Pets allowed; 7 out of 10 rating.Any thoughts on which hotel(s) these might be? ($110)4* Beach - not yet ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess a new amenity set for the Sonesta would be a maybe.4* Beach - likely Residence Inn Intracostal (167.) thereuare Posted April 5, 2015 Report Share Posted April 5, 2015 How do we make sure we get King beds for the rooms for 2 & two beds for the room for 3?HOTWIRE guarantees accommodations for everyone you include in your search, so if you searched for 2rooms/4adults/1child there will be sufficient accommodations provided, but you can't choose the specific room configuration. One room will have at least one bed to accommodation two people, the other will be able to accommodate 2adults/1child, and while this often means two beds in the room, the second 'bed' could be a pullout sofabed or a rollaway brought into the room. On the other hand, PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy, after that it's at the discretion of the hotel, and you could receive a room with only one bed. While you can call the hotel you win and request a room with two beds, the hotel may not be able, or willing, to honor your request. The exception to this would be if the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer shows a 'Bed Choice', in which you should receive the room configuration stated. thereuare Posted January 31, 2016 Report Share Posted January 31, 2016 There are TWO Westin properties in this area: The Westin Beach Resort, Fort Lauderdale (Beach zone) The Westin Fort Lauderdale (North Fort Lauderdale zone) ... but i don't believe either has Kitchenette in the rooms which the 4* Beach property above that you indicated you purchased lists as an amenity, so perhaps the offer changed by the time you committed to your purchase? Can you please add a reply to this thread confirming the hotel you purchased (by listing the address) and the amenities associated with it... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.
