Used the Hotwire link from the forum to find a hotel during the Paris marathon that I run with friends.

I found 2 rooms for 4 adults in a 5* South of Champs Elysées - Trocadero property with the following amenities: free internet, pet friendly and restaurants. Original USD 425, Hotwire rate USD 195. Tripadvisor rating 95% postive. Can anybody help to id?

If this is what you're seeing, i'm not certain, but the Hotel de Sers would be my guess for this one. Even if this should prove to be a different property, it should provide a very pleasant experience given the 4.5/5.0 TA rating.

I started my search with the Hotwire link of this forum and wondered if you could help id the following Paris Hotels for me (search: 2 rooms, 4 adults, 10 April 2015, 2 nights):

 

Opera Garnier - Galeries Lafayette - St Lazare / 4.5* / USD 175

Free Internet, Pet friendly, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Business center, Internet access, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Roll-in shower

 

Louvre - Vendome - Concorde / 4.5* / USD 158

Pet friendly, Fitness center, Restaurant(s), Business center, Internet access, Spa services, Accessible path of travel

 

South of Champs Elysées - Trocadéro / 4* / USD 159

FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Smoke-free rooms, Business center, Internet access

--> The Westin Paris - Vendome would be a guess, but i'm not certain (and would be an upgrade in star rating since last reported to the board)

 

South of Champs Elysées - Trocadéro / 4* / USD 159

--> not certain the but Waldorf Trocadero or the Melia Paris Champs Elysées would be among the two likely candidates

Thanks for the support and Hotwire link on this forum. Finally booked the 5* South of Champs Elysees - Trocadero hotel which proved to be the Radisson Blu Le Dokhan's Hotel. Reservation for twin beds and late check-out was promptly confirmed by the hotel. Prices of reservation through hotel's website not as high as advertised on Hotwire however.
