Yes, but you would need to use your re-bid zones in order to undercut the counter-offer. If you didn't add another (re-bid) zone and tried to bid less than an increase of $14 they would not have processed your bid... the ability to bid again without changing anything is conditional upon you raising the amount they indicate.

I notice that this hotel is not listed under Pittsburgh University in the Pennsylvania hotel list section on here. In fact, there are no 3 star hotels showing. Is that an oversight or did something change? Thank you!
