I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

The rate I am seeing today is $213/night for the same dates.

A slightly new amenity set for the Intercontinental Miami would be my best guess for this one.

Thank you again for your help!  I went ahead and booked this and as you thought might be the case, ended up with the Intercontiniental.  I am very pleased!

I used the Hotwire Link provided, andd the Love20 Discount code and paid only $990 for the 4 nights!  Surely a win.
