Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 4* hotel in Barcelona

I am planning to be there on 1/1/14 to 1/4/14. Does anyone know what these two hotels are:

 

Both 4* in Las Ramblas North on PRICELINE EXPRESS

 

Hotel 1: 4*, $77 per night, Internet and Fitness Center. 9+ guest rating, guest favorite

 

Hotel 2: 4*, $99 per night, Internet, Pet allowed, Restaurant, Business Center

Hello AaronJB,

 

I am not looking for any specific hotel. I simply want to stay at the best hotel in this zone. First I have looked at 5* hotels. There are two 5* which are slightly higher in $ but OK with me. However there is not any customer feedback with one and only 50% feedback on the other one. So what should be my strategy? Should I go for 5* without customer feedback ($98), or 5* with 50% feedback ($118),  or go with 4* with 95% customer feedback ($94)?
