I'm not currently seeing the 2.5* offered for your dates, are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search? If so, are you searching for more then one room or something other than the default 2adults/0children?

For the 3* i'm not certain, but the Coco Key Hotel and Water Resort would be my best guess for this one.
