I guess the Free Breakfast costs $30 pp.

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board in this zone, but the Sagitta Swiss Q Hotel looks like a good fit for this one and that would be my best guess.

The difference in price between single and double occupancy could also be the room type assigned, not just the hotel's cost for breakfast.

Thank you, you are probably correct as it is one of the few properties with retail availability in this timeframe.  I have backup bookings across the border in France, so wouldn't mind getting something more convenient.  But I'm not particularly crazy about the Sagitta so I will probably stay put unless some other deal manifests itself.
