zazster
Got this one for $40 on the first try. Have never seen it mentioned before. Gave me a studio suite with one bedroom. Link to comment
thereuare
Thank you for adding this new property to our lists.I think the "Deluxe" is a new concept by Extended StayAmerica as we have begun to see a few of them pop-up from time to time. This chain also recently merged with the Homestead brand so perhaps they are converting some properties where the chain now own two similar properties in the same area. Thanks for the post. zazster
I meant to say that this is a studio suite with one bed. I contacted them trying to request two beds or at least a room with a bed/sofa bed but they were not accomodating on the phone. This used to be the Aristocrat Suite Hotel and was recently purchased and converted to an Extendedstay Deluxe. Reviews are mixed but it appears that the Deluxe rooms have been recently renovated.
