Priceline Hotel: 5* Bangkok (Riverside - Silom) Shangri-La

I bid $95 and got the plus-22 counter-offer. Maybe I could have got it for $105, but I decided to just nail it down since I'm leaving in two days.

Does anyone know how to apply for the Shangri-La's "golden circle" club? Can't find an application form anywhere.

Also, if anyone knows how to get a room at the Bangkok Oriental for less than their website offers ($250 + tax & fees) let me know.
