For the 4* my guess would be the Park Plaza County Hall London.

Yes I am still seeing the 4.5* hotel now down to $178. And yes I am specifying 2 adults 1 child for 1 room for 19,20,21st Dec.

I see the 4.5* property now... best guess here would be an upgrade of the Park Plaza Victoria London since the last time it was reported to the board.
