gregger77
We are looking for a hotel in London area, and this Hotwire offer sounds very attractive. Can you help identify it? 3 nights, August 16 to August 19, 1 room, 4 adults, quoted at US$142 per night. Free internetSmoke free roomsFitness centerRestaurantsBusiness CenterAccessible for the blindAccessible for the deafAccessible path of travel 95% recommended in 114 reviews in TripAdvisor NOTE, I also used "Bidding Helper" but the 4* Ealing-Cheswick that came up was US$140/night and listed the amenities below. When I hit the "CONTINUE" link, I got a Hotwire page saying "We couldn't process your request." FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, Internet access, Accessible for the blind, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower. Thank you so much! Link to comment
thereuare
Try using the EASY VIEW tab at BiddingHelper.com first (before clicking any links in the HOTWIRE tab... sometimes the links in one will invalidate the links in the other) There are two methods you can follow to ensure you're seeing the complete list: 1) use the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com and click the green 'See All Amenities' button OR 2) search HOTWIRE (or use the HOTWIRE tab at BiddingHelper.com) and...click the offeron the next page click the BOOK NOW linkin the TRIP SUMMARY box click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenitiesIs this the complete list: Free Internet Smoke Free Fitness Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower If so, the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock would be my guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. PS- and please follow-up your previous Hotwire Chicago thread with whatever you ended up doing for that trip. Thanks. gregger77
Thanks for the great tip on seeing the full list via Hotwire's "Trip Summary. Here is the full list via that feature. Slightly different wording than yours...do you believe it is still a match to the Holiday Inn Brentford Lock? As I recall I ended up not making that trip, but I'll dig into it and close out the thread either way! I see one more hotel but in a different area of London to "match," so I will post separately for ease of other users finding it. Link to comment
gregger77
Traveling with our two college students and need 3 "cheap nights" near or in London. Found this one in Hotwire, offered at US$228 per night, 1 room, 4 adults. A little above my budget, but if I save $30-40 in train fares 2x day from the 'burbs, maybe I'm better off! Amenities found under "Trip Summary" after hitting "Book Now": London, 4* Regents Park - Baker Street - Camden Market area Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center Self service laundry Internet access Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Review rating is 95% recommended in 162 TripAdvisor reviews. Thanks for any help on identifying this hotel! Link to comment
thereuare
You can keep all requests for this stay in this thread... once you make a purchase use the "ADD REPLY and REPORT WIN" button on the lower right corner of this page to report your win. Yes, we are referring to the same hotel in the Ealing zone. For the Regent's Park property, my guess here would be the Holiday Inn Camden Lock. gregger77
Hotel as listed in Hotwire was indeed the Holiday Inn Camden Lock. We ended up booking as offered at $228/night and enjoying the stay very much. Thanks, and apologies for letting this post go "unclosed" for so long. Link to comment
