Blueman17
I see in priceline the following deal:4-6 september 20143* hotel in south beach - ocean drive areaThe only ammenety mentioned is free wifiThe hotel has no guest rattingThe price is 89$ per nightThe only 3* hotel in the site's list is Lord Balfou, which seems too expensive to go for 89$.What can it be? yellowdog
With only Free WiFi listed is this not an easy ID. But the Ocean Five Hotel, Colony, Hotel Ocean and Lord Balfou would all be options for this listing. Keep us updated on your progress and let us know what you ultimately decide or if we can be of further help. Please use the PRICELINE and hot.wire links on the board to begin your purchases and searches. Yellowdog. Link to comment

Blueman17
Thanks! is there any option that the Priceline.Express hotel won't be one of this 4? They all seems to be at least twice the price at PRICELINE so it makes me little bit suspicious... Link to comment
thereuare
Yes, there is a chance that the PRICELINE EXPRESS hotel won't be one on of the four mentioned above... a property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board and there are likely many other 3* hotels in this zone that offer Free Internet (which is the only amenity that PRICELINE lists for this property) For the HOTWIRE hotels, I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? Please re-post the hotel with the complete list of amenities (including any 'accessible' amenities) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. thereuare
See my comments/guesses below: 3* hotel in South beach – ocean drive south area --> no guess 4* hotel in south beach – ocean drive south area --> Pelican Hotel 3* hotel south beach – ocean drive north area --> no guess 3* hotel in south beach – ocean drive south area --> not seeing this one when searching for your dates 3* hotel in south beach - oceanfront collins area --> no guess I didn't dig too deep into the 'no guess' properties as it would seem that the 4* hotel is clearly the best option (or at the very least the first one to start with) given it is about the same price as the others, has a higher star rating, and has the best TA rating (with an impressive 4.5/5.0 rating)... or is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay? Would what is believed to be The Pelican work for your needs this trip? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. thereuare
I believe the Caribe Hilton is the 'hilton' that AaronJB was referring to... this would be my best guess for this one as well. There have been a lot of hotels identified above, if not any of these, what is it that you are looking for in a hotel for this trip and your maximum budget?
