Hotwire Hotel: 3* Stockholm (Norrmalm - Gamla Stan) Scandic Hotel Ariadne

Hi,

 

I am having trouble identifying a hotel in Stockholm on 5/31 in the Norrmalm - Gamla Stan area.  Price is $151 for a *** hotel instead of the regular $285.  It's the marathon that weekend, so that is actually a reasonable price. 

 

FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Self service laundry, Internet access, Accessible for the blind, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower

Wow!  You were exactly right.  I don't know how you picked that hotel.  The Ariadne Stockholm Scandic is not within the Norrmalm - Gamla Stan area, but was the right hotel.  

 

I called them up after I booked to complain, because it was not in the right area and they gave me a credit.  I guess it's back to the drawing board.
