Looking for something in the beach area from 4/24-4/27 for 2 adults. So far I've found:

 

4* - $136  (I'm guessing Hyatt 66)

I'd agree with your guess of the Hyatt Pier 66 for the 4 star property... my guess for the 3* would be the Best Western Plus Oceanside Inn.
