Priceline Hotel: 5* Las Vegas (Strip North) The Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino

I have been bidding using your link and have not been successful up to $204,  The express deal is $245 for this option.  Venetian and Palazzo are currently at 314 and Wynn at 358.  What would you suggest would be a winning bid for this area and these dates. Does timing matter...like is it better to bid closer to the date?

It's always difficult to give an estimate. But my guess would be that you're looking around $220, give or take.

As you're probably aware, this is the first weekend of the March Madness NCAA Basketball tournament, which is a very busy time in Vegas. Hotels are pricing their rooms accoriding for the expected demand... if their expectations are optimistic and demand is not as strong as anticipated, rates could come down... on the other hand if demand is strong then expected you could see rates move even higher. Unfortunately there is just no way to know how it will ultimatley play out (but the hotels have sophisticated programs to try and figure it out).

I have tried bidding on a room up to 222 for March 21-23rd without success using your PRICELINE link.  I am now looking at the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for the same time period. 5* North of Strip for $245.00

 

Can you help me identify this hotel:

Outdoor Swimming Pool, Free Parking, Restaurant, Business Center, Casino, Fitness Center.

I'm pretty sure I just saw this on March 13-16 since I was shopping for those dates and hotel area.

 

It looks like it will be Venetian or Palazzo.

The Palazzo would be my best guess for this PRICELINE EXPRESS offer... although the Wynn would be a second possibility as well.

I read on a thread that for Priceline.express 5* in north strip, only two options are Venetian or Palazzo.  Is this not true?

Using your link I purchased 2 rooms. Thank you for your help. You were correct in your prediction that this was Palazzo. I also got 5% off. I tried to bid using Name Your Own Price up to 228 but the offer was never accepted. I was counter offered 268 and 270. Express deal was actually a better price. Thanks for your assistance.

The price online for this hotel is 314.
