EMIndy
First time using PRICELINE for a rental car. It's a lot different than with hotels.Anyway, using the Car Rental Checker, I saw that the lowest "regular" price was $33/day for Economy. Unacceptable. :-)Bid $16 for a Full-size SUV (PRICELINE offered one for $18 after a hotel win tonight, but I didn't jump on it). That was rejected.Tried a more realistic $18 for a Mid-size car. That did the trick. Beat my Hertz Gold Plus price by $80. Not bad. Link to comment
