I'm not finding the amenities matching up and trying to figure out if this hotel is the Westin Diplomat or the Crown Plaza. Here's the scoop on the room.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If so, can you please add a reply to this thread with the details of your purchase... star rating, zone, room rate per nite, dates of your stay, and the amenities associated with the hotel. I checked my emails and I ended up using SPG miles instead of Hotwire. They upgraded me to a suite.
