HA1984
Hello, i answered on my other thread. Sorry....totally forgot about it.greetings Heike Link to comment
thereuare
I think you have a decent chance of landing a hotel for your complete stay in the TS or MTW zone, but your best deal would seem to be in the MTE zone... PRICELINE EXPRESS has a 4* hotel (Pets Allowed, Business Center, Fitness Center) for your dates for just $114/nite.Do you want to include MTE in your bidding (and use a maximum bid of $114/nite) OR do you prefer to pay a bit more and only bid the MTW and TS zones up to $150?Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. HA1984
mmmhhh... do you maybe know which Hotel that could be ?? The Roosevelt ?? I just had a look on hotwire and there is also a 4* Hotel in the TSQ Zone for 149 $. Which hotel could that be and is it possible to underbid it with priceline ? Greetings, Heike Link to comment
thereuare
My guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS property would be the Doubletree Metropolitan.Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay. For help with the HOTWIRE Times Square property please include the amenities that are associated with that offer. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... and your searches too! Thanks. HA1984
The amenities for the Hotwire times square property are: Pet friendly, Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center and Internet access. Thank you :) Link to comment
thereuare
I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.NOTE that to see the complete amenities associated with each you will need to do the following:1) search HOTWIRE and select the offer from the search results page2) click the BOOK NOW button3) in the TRIP SUMMARY BOX click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenitiesUsing the method above do you also see a Roll-in Shower associated with this property? If this is the same property you're seeing there are too many possibilities as these amenities are quite common in NYC... the Royalton, Doubletree Times Square, Crowne Plaza, Hilton Times Square, Millenium Broadway would all be likely candidates, and i wouldn't be surprised if there were other realistic possibilities as well. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
