Hotwire Hotel: 4* Orlando (Lake Buena Vista - Downtown Disney) Sheraton Lake Buena Vista Resort

I am helping a friend for a stay in Orlando. Jan.23-30. No luck so far with priceline with multiple bids and dropping off the 7th night. She would like to stay around $80. We been bidding on the I-drive N, I-drive S, and buena vista areas. Have bid to $90.

I don't know much about the area, suggestions? This is a no children trip for relaxation. Is downtown an option as far as resort type hotels or is that area primarily business hotels?

There is a hotwire for downtown at $83 for *4. Amenities

Wondering if to be successful with priceline if we need to drop down to *3.5? If we could ID on hotwire she would love that.

For each property above I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool, and then click the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? If the same hotel is not appearing in the BiddingHelper.com then you'll need to see the complete amenities associated with each you will need to do the following:

1) search HOTWIRE and select the offer from the search results page

2) click the BOOK NOW button

3) in the TRIP SUMMARY BOX click the 'See more' link at the end of the amenities

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. (and ask your friend to use the links if she will be doing the bidding/purchase on her own)

3* - maybe the Clarion Inn Lake Buena Vista but i'm really not certain for this one

She decided to go with the *4 star HOTWIRE that you thought was the Sheraton. You were indeed correct! She's super happy. It was one of the hotels she has really liked since we've been looking.
