shah_vm
Need help in bidding strategy for 3.5 star hotel in NYC. today I tried from 150 to 170 but nothing coming up. What will be the best rate for this duration. Do I stand chance for less than 200?Thanks Link to comment
thereuare
I have actually been researching very similar dates for some friends (who have not yet started to bid).Nobody can say if rates will come down, or move higher, between now and your arrival, but at the moment i think you're more likely looking in the $250/nite area.Let us know if at this time you're willing to increase your maximum bid or not, and if so up to what amount, and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. shah_vm
Thanks thereuare, in fact I have also tried 3* in same area but so far no luck. Currently I am not willing to go above 200. So far I have tried up to 180 only. Just wanted to get an idea based on historical data what are my best options. Link to comment
