I'm looking at a HOTWIRE offer of a four star property in the Dupont Circle-National zoo area for $88 (Nov 1-2). These are the details listed.

Thank you so much, Aaron. The $88 offer is no longer there (regardless of which way I go into search) but it looks to me like the one currently listed for $93 is the same one. I am probably missing something, but I don't see any additional amenities.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool, and then click the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?

Also, is there something in particular that you're looking for from this stay? Why the interest in this 3* at $111/nite when there is a higher rated and less expensive 4* hotel offered in the same zone?

I am using BiddingHelper.com now, but obviously haven't figured out which clicks I should link through to find more amenities. Sorry :( . I'm seduced by the free internet, which is probably nuts because even at $15 a night I'd still be ahead with the 4 * and also hoping for a better location for my meeting, which is further south on Connecticut.

If you use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab (there are 5 tabs: Hotwire, Hotwire Easy View, Priceline, Priceline Express, Hotels.com) BiddingHelper.com all the amenities are listed on the first page.

If you use the HOTWIRE tab you need to do the following to see the complete set of amenities:

1) click the offer from the search results page

2) click the BOOK NOW link

3) in the TRIP SUMMARY BOX click the 'See more' link at the end of the listed amenities

Using either method do you now see more than you have previously listed? Where is your meeting being held?

My meeting is at 1050 Connecticut, so obviously some of the White House/Downtown choices would work as well.

Best guess for this 3* Dupont Circle property would be the The Churchill Hotel.

You can also try our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com where you can enter the address of your meeting to see if anything reasonably priced is offered near your meeting. Also, if your meeting is near a metro stop, look for hotels near other metro stations that are on that same line.
