Cheap motel with cheap quality...even worst. The room and bathroom are not clean. They don't provide hospitality supplies so you have to bring your own soap and shampoo. My mom slipped as she step into the DRY bathtub. She got hit at the back of head and had some bruises on the thigh and arms. :( The staff work at night shift gave her an ice pack for her bump on the head. Bring this issue to manager next day as we checking out and suggesting them should place safety mat or change the bathtub. The manager replied, "How do we know she got those bruises at our motel?? " which made us feel very uncomfortable. No any comfort words, just rolling eyes for us.
