The advance purchase price on their homepage is $192, so getting it for less than half seems like a good thing. :)

Perfect location for me; I wanted to stay around Sundance Square, so all the 3.5* in that zone would have been okay. I was pretty sure it was not the Sheraton though (as a hotel I am convinced is the Sheraton is listed at Priceline Express Deals at $118 right now).

As it is a downtown hotel, parking is not included, but I am happy with the deal. Also, I used your HOTWIRE link.
