A 5* property in this zone has not yet been reported to the board... a guess would be a new amenity set for the Cosmopolitan, but i'm not certain.

Is there a specific property you're trying to get?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. I listed all the amenities and dates in my first post. You said a 5 star south hadn't been reported to this board but Aria was reported. I'm just wondering if my listing could also be Aria but it sounds like you think it is cosmopolitan maybe because the word "resort" isn't in the description?

A 5* property in this zone has not yet been reported to the board...

The above should read:

A 5* property with this amenity set in this zone has not yet been reported to the board...

If you look at the Hotwire Hotel List for this area you'll see that quite a few 5* hotels in this zone have been reported to the board, but none with this exact amenity set.

Hope that clears things up, and sorry for my typo/omission above.
