Priceline Hotel: 4* San Francisco (Financial District-Embarcadero) Hyatt Regency San Francisco

I'm very glad for the incredible price for this win over 9/2/13-9/3/13.

While randomly browsing on Hotwire, I saw they advertised a "hidden (where the hotel name is not revealed)" deal in the Financial district 4* for $106, surprisingly, at that time 3* hotels costs more than 4* !! I then double-checked Priceline to see what comparable 4* would cost in the Financial district, turned out the cheapest was $179.

I then proceeded to bidding in the financial area. Not wanting to pay $106 in the financial area, I started initial bid with $90 on a 3* (knowing more than likely they'll give me 4* since the hotwire "hidden" search shows 4* cheaper than 3* ), and I was immediately awarded with a 4* Hyatt Regency. No second bid needed.

Very happy with the result and hope this helps with some of you still searching.
