slygirl
Hello again! I used the PRICELINE link to book a room through Priceline Express. I used the discount code from the forum to receive 5% off. I ended up getting the Hyatt 48 Lex. It was a little higher than what I was accustomed to paying for 4*, but I liked the list of 4.5* that I saw for MTE so I was willing to pay a little more. This was my first time using PRICELINE EXPRESS and it was a good experience--a little less stressful than NYOP, so I would definitely recommend it if you are booking last minute. Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you received a hotel that you're pleased with and are looking forward to your trip. Can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities that PRICELINE EXPRESS showed before your purchase.Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding. You're also near my often recommended Ess-A-Bagel (Third Ave at 51st St) which has one of the best bagels in the city, makes for a nice, and relatively inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.Enjoy your stay. slygirl
Amenities: Pets Allowed, Restaurant, Business Center, Fitness CenterI will definitely check out Ess-a-Bagel. It's been on the to-do list for a while but for some reason I never get around to doing it...kind of like how I eat tons of Japanese food on my trips but never eat NY pizza!(P.S. Go Blue! :) ) Link to comment
