Hotwire Hotel: ID Boston Hotel / best time to book?

On Hotwire (after using the forum's link of course) I am seeing this hotel for Oct 26-30:

Location: Cambridge

Star rating: 3-star

Rate per night: $127

Amenities: Free Breakfast Free Internet Pet friendly Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Accessible for the blind Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower

85% Recommended, ratings 4/4/4/4/4/3.5

Tripadvisor: 4/5

Question #1: I believe this is the Best Western Plus Tria. Could I be correct?

Question #2: Is this a good price for Boston for that time of the year, or should I try booking later?

Thanks!

My guess would be the BW Tria with a slightly different amenity set than what's been previously reported.

thanks! Is the price reasonable for that time of the year, or would it be advisable to book closed to the stay?

Purchase timing is discussed in detail in the FAQ. The Fall is generally a busier time in NYC/Boston, but it may vary from day-to-day, year/over/year.
