Priceline Hotel: London help - 6/9/-6/17

I'm looking for a good 4* or 5* in London for 6/9-6/17, for under $290 per night. The express deals has a 5* in Westminster - if it were the IC, I'd do it in a second, but I'm assuming it's the Marriott (which I'd prefer to stay away from)? The Doubletree at Victoria is close to where I need to be, but I don't love the reviews.

PL also has a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal in Finsbury for a 5* for $283, which I'm assuming is the Town Hall Hotel, as it's the only 5* in the area.

Any thoughts?

Which zones are you wanting? I just did a long response today about zones in London. Lately, there have been 2 Marriotts (4*)coming up for under $100 in Regent's Park and both have easy access by tube and aren't too far from central London.
