Please help ID 3* in Pheonix (Glendale/Peoria) for check-in 5/30/13 check-out 6/2/13 priced at $74 per room per night.

Hotel is "Recommended: In 85% of Hotwire customer reviews."

Hotwire Customer Ratings are; Overall satisfaction 4.0, Condition of hotel 4.0, Quality of service 4.0, Room comfort 4.0, Room cleanliness 4.0, Location of hotel 4.5

Amenities on front page are; Free Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s), High-Speed Internet Access, Accessible for the blind.

When "see all ameneties" is clicked, I get; Free Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool(s), High-Speed Internet Access, Accessible for the blind, Braille or raised signage, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower

I think it is the Holiday Inn Express in Glendale, but am far from sure.

When searching HOTWIRE for your dates i see a 3* hotel priced at $74/nite but it has the following amenities, which is longer then your list above:

I noticed that change, too. I don't know if this is a different hotel, or just changes to the amenities.

... priced at $57/nite and 100% recommended by previous HOTWIRE guests.

This property has not yet been reported to the board but with a TA rating of 4.5/5.0 and 100% recommended by previous guests, i wouldn't have any hesitation in purchasing this property (assuming you don't need a specific location within the zone) as i'm sure it's a quality hotel based upon the review.

If you are concerned you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.

I went for the one with the 100% rating (it was the only 3* available at that moment), and got the Holiday Inn Express Peoria. The Glendale HI Ex is nicer, expecially the pool area, but this one was just fine - very typical HI Ex.
