robster18
Hi. Trying to stay at 5 star July 20-24th. We want a hotel with a casino. I narrowed down to south strip and it looks like that could be Aria, Bellagio, and Cosmo. For South right now only two hotels are coming up, $96 and $8888 we are seeing this, which I think is one with casino Free parking, free internet, suite, smoke free rooms, fitness center, pool, business center, high speed intenet, golf nearby, spa services, accessible for the blind, accessible for the deaf, accessible path of travel, in room accessility, accessible bathroom, rollin shower.$96 we are hoping this is Cosmo. Cosmo has a 4.0/5 rating for tripadvisor and this says 4.0/5. Amenities areFree Parking Pet friendly - terms apply Casino Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center Spa Services Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf TT Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Could this one for $96 be Bellagio or Aria?? I think $96 sounds good for Cosmo. THanks Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! For the first property, at $88/nite, i'm not sure which one this may be as i'm seeing a LOT of 'cross currents' as that make me think one hotel but then i see another aspect that makes that hotel seem not as likely... Four Seasons or Vdara both seem like possibilities, but the Mandarin Oriental or some other property wouldn't surprise me either.Best guess for the $96 property would be the Cosmopolitan. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. robster18
I want to make sure we have a casinio so probably wont pick the $88. Could the $96 be something else besides Cosmo? Link to comment
thereuare
We can't see the hotel name either, so it could always be something other than what we think, but i do believe this one is likely the Cosmopolitan and that would be my best guess for this one. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. robster18
Could the $96 south be the Vdara? I dont think they have a casino and this is showing casino. I am trying to also figure out if the amentities I mention describe the Aria or Bellagio? Thanks Link to comment
thereuare
The Hotwire Hotel List is updated with all hotels reported to the board and their amenity sets (i was on vacation so some hotel lists may not be 100% updates as they usually are, but they should be by the end of the weekend)Compare what is offered on a current HOTWIRE search to what appears in the hotel list... if you find a match ask the board for confirmation; but if a Casino is a must have then i would avoid any listings that don't show the Casino amenity. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. robster18
Also, when I look at the hotel amenities list on the boards, is that the order in which they are listed. I am now looking at the hotel that is $125 a night on the north side. Trying to figure out which one that is. When I look at all the amenities the first one is resort which I dont see resort listed first on the list of hotels.Thanks. Link to comment
AaronJB
The list does not provide the order in which the amenities may be listed on HOTWIRE, it provides the set (or sets in some cases) of amenities that have been reported to the board with each hotel.Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. robster18
Looks like it is back on there. Looking at north $125 a night. Seems that it can be a few hotels. For the South $96 Still thinking cosmo but the $30 resort fee is making me question.Resort Free Parking Suite Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa ServicesAccessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Link to comment
AaronJB
5* North amenity set just above would be a possible match for the Palazzo or Venetian.Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
robster18
You still think the $96 is Cosmo? Even if it says $30 resort fee? Link to comment

thereuare
The HOTWIRE fee is approximate, i wouldn't try reading into whether it stays $25 or $30.I do believe the $96 hotel is indeed still the Cosmopolitan. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. robster18
Still watching this and it looks like the Cosmo might not be an option anymore. I am seeing a 5 star for $104 with Casino so it either needs to be Aria, Bellagio, or Cosmo. It seems that all the amenties look the same at all of these. Is there a really good way to tell which one it could be. I dont think its Cosmo only because it is a 4.5 instead of 4.0 on the reviews. So how do you tell between Aria and Bellagio? Is there a way? Might still hold out to see if Cosmo comes back and then book. Link to comment
thereuare
Let us know if/when you're reading ot give up waiting for the Comsopolitan to appear and we'll take a look at whatever hotels are offered at that time. Once you're ready to look at alternate options these may not be the hotels that are offered for your dates. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.... and your searches too! robster18
There is a hotel now on there for South that has a casino. I dont think it is the Cosmo though. Maybe Aria or Bellagio? Link to comment
thereuare
What is the full list of amenities associated with the current HOTWIRE offer? Is it the same amenity combination as any of the hotels above? Do the amenities match anything already reported in the Hotwire Hotel List? robster18
Back to my search. Still don't think I am seeing Cosmo. I have been hearing good things about four seasons and the hotel at Mandalay bay. I am seeing a 4.5 for $135 which l don't think matches planet Hollywood so does that mean its hotel at Mandalay bay? I am also seeing $66 for 5 star with no casino but dont think that is four seasons. If I could get four seasons for 66 I would take it but worrying its not that. Link to comment
thereuare
Please include the full list of amenities associated with any hotel(s) that you want identified... the star rating and price isn't enough information to research it.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
