And in case it will be helpful to future bidders, I won this hotel by checking, more specifically, the Gaslamp Quarter - Convention Center area, #6 on Priceline's list.

Thanks for the additional info... we're hoping to put the finishing touches on a project this weekend and will then go back and update all the hotel lists and update the new zone names/boundaries, but until then the topic titles need to use the previous zones.

THANKS!

Yay! Those updates will be great and very helpful.

Also, since this hotel is new to your database, I've stayed there before and it's located directly across Seaport Village, with great City or Bay Views, and close to the train station. The New Children's Museum, Gaslamp and Convention Center are within walking distance or a short, inexpensive trolley ride away. You can also walk to the USS Midway Museum. And like all Embassy Suites, all the rooms are 1-bedroom suites, so there's a ton of room. They also have daily complimentary full-breakfast buffets and afternoon cocktails, beverages and snacks, which is why I am so glad that this was the hotel I received. My family is definitely looking forward to the breakfast and the indoor pool. Only downside is there is no self-parking and they charge $35 daily for valet parking, but then again, all hotels in downtown SD charge for parking.

Hope that helps.
