Ideally I wanted a location further uptown, but this will suit us just fine. I was rejected at $170 for Midtown East, Midtown West, Times Square, Financial District, and Madison Square Garden zones. Accepted at $175 (which was my limit) when I added a free rebid. As always, thanks to all the posters on this site, and to the moderators for their willingness to help others.
